Each biscuit tin contains a selection of delicious biscuits made using our most favourite alternative grains. Known for their distinctive flavour and character, we've chosen to showcase these four cereals - barley, spelt, rye and oat - in some original and memorable ways that does their uniqueness justice.
The tin contains:
4 x barley and cacao sablés
4 x spelt, milk chocolate and orange shortbreads
4 x malted rye and vanilla chequerboard biscuits
4 x oat, salted caramel and apple jelly hobnob sandwich biscuits
All biscuits will be handmade and packaged at the bakery in East Dulwich, and shelf-life is one month from dispatch. All biscuits contain Gluten and Milk. The malted rye and vanilla chequerboard contains Egg. Please note we handle Nuts, Sulfites, Sesame, Mustard and Celery in our bakery.
